Depending on your interaction with us, we may collect: identity & contact data (name, DOB, address, phone, email, photos); identity documents (passport, citizenship, driving licence); professional & education data (CV, certificates, trade test results, work experience); medical data (fitness certificates, biometric data); financial data (bank details for salary, payment receipts); employer data (company registration, demand letters); and technical/usage data (IP address, browser, pages visited).


3. How We Collect Data

We collect personal data through: direct submission via application and contact forms on our website or in our office; uploaded documents (CVs, certificates); telephone and WhatsApp communications; walk-in applicants; third-party referrals from partner agencies, employers, or verification agencies; and automated technologies (cookies and server logs) when you browse our website.


4. Why We Process Your Data (Legal Basis)

We process your personal data on these legal bases: contractual necessity (to provide recruitment services); legal obligation (Nepal's Foreign Employment Act 2007 and DoFE regulations); consent (where you explicitly agreed, e.g. newsletter subscription); and legitimate interests (improving services, preventing fraud, ensuring worker safety).


5. How We Use Your Data

Your personal data is used to: assess suitability for job opportunities; process visa applications and emigration clearance; arrange medical tests and travel; communicate about job offers and document requirements; fulfil legal reporting requirements to DoFE and destination country authorities; send relevant job alerts (with consent); and maintain business and audit records required by law.


6. Sharing Your Data

We share your personal data strictly on a need-to-know basis with: employers (with your consent); government authorities as required by law (DoFE, Ministry of Labour, embassies, immigration authorities); approved medical examination centres; verified partner agencies; financial institutions for insurance and salary processing; and IT service providers under data processing agreements. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for commercial purposes.


7. International Data Transfers

Foreign employment recruitment requires transferring your data to destination countries (UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Japan, Malaysia, Israel) for visa applications, employer screening, and medical verification. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and consent to these necessary international transfers of your data.


8. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary: active applicants — duration of recruitment plus 2 years; unsuccessful applicants — up to 12 months; placed workers — minimum 5 years (required by Nepal's Foreign Employment Act); employer records — minimum 7 years; website enquiries — 12 months. After the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.


9. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures including: restricted access on a need-to-know basis; secure physical storage of paper records; encrypted digital transmission of sensitive documents; and regular review of data handling procedures. No internet transmission is 100% secure — avoid sending highly sensitive documents via unencrypted channels.


10. Cookies & Tracking

Our website uses essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
